Brava, Nadine! Brave, indeed! Here’s hoping that 2024 gives you all that you need. This first-time screenwriter (adapting my own novel for a feature film) is 9 drafts in and grateful to read your journey. Your insights and candor inspire!

I absolutely love when you send out an email to read. I'm so sorry you have had such a roller coaster of a year. I 100% agree our generation doesn't talk enough about caring for aging parents. That is all I have done, it feels, since I left CA. Its not true, but the hard stuff is what pulls focus. Keep on doing your thing, you are bound for greatness (you're great now) I am always rooting for you. When you write things like this some of us feel less alone in our unspoken burdens, as we aren't quite as eloquent as you at sharing them. Your ability to make hard things relatable is a GIFT. Keep sharing and keep hoping.
